Our Policies
At Amma Beauty Collective, we want to ensure our valued clients have the best experience possible from the minute you walk in our doors. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand all our important FAQs + FYIs. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. We can't wait to see you.
Scheduling:
Amma Beauty Collective is a "By Appointment Only" salon. Please contact your preferred Stylist or Artist directly (via Our Team page) to schedule or adjust existing appointments.
COVID 2023 Update:
At this time masks are not required to enter or receive services in Amma Beauty Collective. However we are more than happy to wear one if you would prefer as your comfort is our number one goal. Please reach out to your Stylist/Artist prior to your appointment so we may make note of this.

Parking:
We have 3 options for parking near the salon:
-Adjacent to the salon are 6 spots on both sides of the street that are free 2hr parking. Additionally right in front of the salon is a yellow marked spot, please ignore that and treat it as a normal parking spot vs a unloading area.

-A 1/2 block up Evanston, down either side street, you will find no time limit free residential parking.
​
-There is a public paid lot a 1/2 block from the salon on 85th (next to the physical therapy building) that is a paid Call to Park/Pay by Phone alternative.

If you have a handicap placard we have been informed you may park in any 2hr spot on Evanston (excluding the 30-minute load and unload) and as long as your card is displayed you may disregard the time limit enforcement.
Cancellation Policy:

We understand life can change and are more than happy to assist you when this happens. Presently all appointments with Kali or Alyssa require 48 hour notice (excluding unforeseen emergencies) to avoid a additional fee. Under 48 hours will result in a 50% invoice for services missed or 100% invoice for day of No Call or No Show services missed. We would be more than happy to get you rescheduled once this invoice has been paid. Additionally please be aware that after 15 minutes past your scheduled service we may need to reschedule you for a future date as to not impact other guests appointments.
